Ride2 is a new service operated by King County Metro to bring riders to and from from Metro buses at the Alaska Junction and the Water Taxi at Seacrest Park. Ride2 exists to help connect riders with bus and water taxi service to lessen traffic, and ease the traffic issues caused by the closure of SR99 and the Viaduct. Call the number below to book your ride now, or schedule in advance. Riders can travel to and from any location within the service area shown in the image to the right. You can also download the app on iPhone or Android devices to book rides.
Call 10-15 minutes beforehand. You can also book hours in advance. Reaching your pick-up location may require a short walk. Rides will be shared with other Metro customers, while assuring you get to your destination promptly. Riders are able to use their 2-hour Metro transfers between Ride2 and normal bus service!
Children under 5: four children may ride with a person paying full adult fare. Accepts ORCA card, RRFP, and Metro transfers.The ORCA LIFT card is a reduced fare bus pass that is available to income-qualified individuals. The card allows riders to save 50 percent or more on trips using participating public transit agencies. RRFP is a reduced fare bus pass that is available to people 65 years or older, and/or people living with disabilities. The card allows riders to save over 70 percent on trips using public transit.
