King County Metro's Trailhead Direct service is a pilot project sponsored by King County Parks and Metro's Community Connections program. The aim of the service is to reduce regional vehicle congestion, traffic along the I-90 corridor, and encourage hiking access to destinations along the I-90 corridor.
Children under 5: four children may ride with a person paying full adult fare. Accepts ORCA card, RRFP, and Metro transfers.The ORCA LIFT card is a reduced fare bus pass that is available to income-qualified individuals. The card allows riders to save 50 percent or more on trips using participating public transit agencies. RRFP is a reduced fare bus pass that is available to people 65 years or older, and/or people living with disabilities. The card allows riders to save over 70 percent on trips using public transit.
