Snoqualmie Tribe Medical Transportation

The Snoqualmie Indian Tribe proudly offers Non-Emergency Transportation for Native and non–Native clients to and from scheduled medical, dental, chemical dependency, and mental health appointments. Transportation will be provided on a first-come, first-serve basis within the Snoqualmie Indian Tribe’s five county service areas (King, Snohomish, Pierce, Island, and Mason). Priority will be given to Tribal members with no means of transportation and those physically incapable of driving. Transportation to and from community health events are limited to Snoqualmie Indian Tribal members on a first come, first serve basis.

There are two options:

  • Snoqualmie Tribe members can use transportation to their medical appointments regardless of their insurance.
  • Non-Tribal members or members of other Tribes MUST HAVE MEDICAID INSURANCE. The service will come pick you up at your home within the 5 county service area, but your destination must be a medical facility within the Tribal area.
